What does your policy cover? For those real estate licensees who carry the Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy offered through Continental Casualty Company and administered by Rice Insurance Services Company, LLC (RISC), the policy will generally cover damages related to negligent acts, errors, or omissions arising out of the course and scope of Licensed activities of an Insured during the Policy Period.
