Did you know that if you are advertising a real estate sale that you must comply with the new Tennessee Auctioneer Commission regulations on advertising and the Tennessee Real Estate commission rules. TREC has recently adopted new rules which add to existing regulations plus also govern internet advertising. Upon comparison, while the TAC rules require the address of your principal office (no phone number), the TREC rules require a phone number (but no principal office address). So if when put together in advertising a real estate auction sale, you will need to include both a principal office address and phone number!
