ANNOUNCEMENT: Smith Sholar Associates PLLC now serves as Legal Counsel for the Tennessee Auctioneers Association

Founded in 1958, TAA was organized by a small group of Auctioneers to protect, promote and represent the interest of the auctioneering profession in Tennessee. TAA is a statewide organization with members consisting of: licensed practicing auctioneers, apprentice auctioneers, retires/inactive auctioneers, student auctioneers, part-time auctioneers and full-time auctioneers.

Smith Sholar Associates PLLC also serves as legal counsel for the Sumner Association of Realtors, Robertson County Association of Realtors, Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Greater Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors.
